How do I obtain services?
Contact the City Clerk at City Hall at 223 South Main Avenue, or call at 701-776-6181. Office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
What are utility rates?
2024 Rates are as follows:
Basic minimum bill based on 1000 gal usage and one garbage tote is $74.16
What other garbage services are available?
*Grass and leaves can be hauled to the City Parking Lot located east of Hardware Hank and South of the Amtrak Depot - Seasonal availability
Central Point Landfill- owned and operated by Circle Sanitation- is located south of Rugby. To make arrangements to dispose of materials there please contact Jimmy at 701-833-1374.
